• Pay by card (via Square), PayPal Business, or check.
  
  

• Payment is due for each issue once it's complete, with a 3-day grace period.
  
  

• Once a year, sign a basic waiver for as-is services.

TECH MAE-DAY

Remote tech troublesolving

Stay home. Avoid "hosting" a technician. I'll remotely help you get unstuck from your tech woes. We'll meet on a video call (camera off on your end, if you prefer) and add a remote desktop session if needed.

• $45 per hour

• 1 hour minimum

• After one hour, billing is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.

Once-a-month in-person "clinic" days where I set up in a neutral business location (in the Cleveland, Ohio area) and you book a slot to solve your tech issues. Details to come soon.
